I’d forgotten about the live-action version for quite awhile, and am dismayed to see that it’s run aground (according to Wikipedia, at least). Though with a full-length sequel and a Kaluta-art graphic novel of the original coming, that’s not as bad as it could be. I still want to see the movie with you if it’s ever released!
Weird. I have a copy of that old movie, “The Last Unicorn.” And I remember Chrysoula singing the theme song while growing up.
The story was wonderful, however.
